Chochołowskie Termy Sp. z o.o. operates in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance of the Council of Ministers of 21 December 2020 on the establishment of certain restrictions, orders and prohibitions in connection with the occurrence of an epidemic, as amended by the Ordinance of the Council of Ministers of 14 January 2021 r and with respect to the recommended sanitary guidelines.
Individual service points located on the premises of the facility, are covered by sanitary recommendations appropriate to the type of activity of the given point.
Functioning principles of individual services on the premises:
In the lobby bar, meals and drinks are served as take-away. Restaurants, bars and other catering outlets remain closed. Shops – limited number of customers with the required social distancing.
Saunarium – limited number of guests with the required social distancing. The sulphur water barrel remains out of use
Spas – number of guests equal to the number of stalls with the required social distancing;
Swimming pools – limited number of guests with the required social distancing;
In the pool area, the following facilities remain open: – 2 outdoor pools without water attractions; – 3 indoor pools without water attractions; – 2 sports pools; – saline swimming pool; – dry sauna; – salt chamber.
Slides, water attractions, jacuzzi pools, children's playgrounds, sulphur barrels are closed.
Sports Centre – remains closed.
Tickets available only at ticket offices.
It is not possible to redeem passes, vouchers, discount coupons, offers from groupon, mydeal, superprezenty, zlavadna, mybenefit, getyourguide portal until standard operation of the facility.
