CURRENT REGULATIONS OF 

“CHOCHOŁOWSKIE THERMAL BATHS” SP. Z O.O.

§ 1 

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. These regulations define the organization and rules for the use of the services provided by

Chochołowskie Termy Sp. z o.o. in a building located at Chochołów 400, 34-513 Chochołów (hereinafter: Thermal Baths).

  1. The following definitions are used in these terms and conditions:
    1. Terms and conditions- the content of this document and the content of others, adopted by the Management Board of the company Chochołowskie Termy Sp. z o.o. and other authorized persons, documents regulating the use of services provided by Chochołowskie Termy sp. z o.o.
    2. Management of the facility- the people managing the thermae on behalf of its administrator Chochołowskie Termy Sp. z o.o. based at Chochołów 400, 34-513 Chochołów.
    3. User- a natural person who uses certain generically defined benefits of the thermal baths.
    4. Organizer – A natural person who accompanies the group with care and supervises the way in which it is performed or a legal person who organises a stay in the thermal baths for an organized group.
  2. The Terms and Conditions shall specify in particular:
    1. the manner and form of the provision of services by the Thermal Baths to ensure the proper availability and quality of these services,
    2. the conditions under which the Thermal Baths provide services to the users of the facility, including the scope of its employees ‘ activities and the conditions of interaction between employees and users of the facility to ensure the efficiency of functioning, safety and comfort of its users,
    3. rights and obligations of the Thermal Bath users.
  3. These Terms and Conditions should be read before entering the Thermal Baths, using individual devices/services, purchasing online services or ordering a service.
  4. The Thermal Baths Terms and Conditions apply to all its users. When purchasing, receiving, or otherwise entering into possession of a ticket/entry voucher, each user agrees to the Terms and Conditions and any other ordinances related to the provision of security on site.
  5. Thermal Baths are monitored to improve the safety of people in the area. Users agree not only to monitor their own stay at the property, but also to use the collected film materials in contentious issues e.g. for the regulation of fees for the use of attractions, purchase of gastronomic goods or compliance with these rules, etc. Monitoring does not include changing cabins and toilets.
  6. Term management may temporarily restrict admission to the site due to exceeding the maximum number of people using it. The information will be communicated each time in the form of relevant announcements.

§ 2 

PRINCIPLES OF THE THERMAL BATHS FUNCTIONING

  1. Thermal Baths opening hours:
  • The baths are open daily in the hours from 8.00 to 22.00. 
  • The gym is open from 8.00 until 22.00.
  • The SPA is open from 9.00 until 21.00. 
  • The Saunarium is open from 10.00 until 22.00. 
  • The pool zone is open from 9.30 to 21.30 with the exception of: Water slides, sports pool at level-1 and outdoor pool at level-1, which are open from 9.30 to 21.15. 

The management reserves the possibility to change the opening hours and the complete closure of the property on specific days. This information will be placed in advance on the property’s website. 

  1. The main accessibility zones for users of the Thermal Baths are separated. These include the pool zone, the therapeutic zone, the saunarium, the sports zone and the SPA. Each of these zones has different functionality, and for the entry into these zones, different fees are applied. They are fixed in the price list of the property.
  2. Detailed rules for the use of each of the zones listed in § 2 art. 2, equipment or attractions, are specified in separate regulations which may complement the content of these rules. The regulations and instructions referred to the above are available at the entrance of each zone.
  3. Thermal Baths shall not be liable for events, damages and their consequences arising from the failure of the users to comply with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions.
  4. Users are prohibited from distributing leaflets on the site, selling goods, offering and performing services without the written consent of the management of both.
  5. It is forbidden to bring meals, alcohol and other beverages to the Thermal Baths area.
  6. It is forbidden to consume meals and beverages outside the areas intended for this purpose.
  7. Smoking is strictly forbidden on the grounds. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. In the Thermal Baths building, restaurants, swimming pool area (including outdoors), therapeutic zone, saunarium, SPA and fitness centre smoking E-cigarettes is also forbidden.
  8. Each Thermal Baths user is obliged to immediately notify lifeguards or other staff members of any situation that creates a real threat to the users or employees of the facility.
  9. Thermal Baths users are obliged to use the services of the facility with attention to the condition of the equipment and vegetation located in its territory. In the event of improper use, culpable contamination, damage or removal from the existing place, the user bears the full legal and material responsibility for the resulting damage.
  10. All equipment and facilities are owned by the Thermal Baths. In the event of damage to the equipment, the user bears the repair costs. The repair costs will be assessed each time by the management of the facility.
  11. Please note that use of the locker room (changing rooms) and clothes cabinets is mandatory. Due to the monitoring of the changing rooms, it is necessary to change in the cabins that are intended for this purpose. Before inserting the items into the cabinet, the reference number displayed on the reader should be read. Then, the items should be placed in the specified cabinet.
  12. Lost items left by users at the Thermal Baths are stored on the premises for a period of 7 days from the date of their finding. After this date, the items are transferred to the lost goods office, with the exception of caps, towels, personal hygiene products, swimwear, underwear, toys, etc., which are recycled. Documents (ID card, Passport, drivers license) are forwarded to the police after 7 days from the date of their finding . In the case of refusal to accept items by the lost goods office, the item is disposed of. The Baths reserve the right to open the bags left to verify whether they contain hazardous materials and substances, as well as perishable foodstuff. The exception is the duration of sanitary regime related to COVID-19 – during this time, items left on the premises, such as caps, towels, personal hygiene products, swimwear, underwear and toys shall be disposed of for safety reasons.
  13. Before leaving any items on the property, each user is obliged to familiarise themselves with the rules of use of the deposit lockers. Any items found on the premises must be provided to the Thermal Baths’ staff.
  14. The management of the facility is entitled to refuse to perform services by Thermal Baths users who are acting contrary to the rules set out in Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions may be read as an attempt to disrupt the peace on the facility and thus may result in calling security and if necessary, the police. In such situations, the purchase ticket costs are non-refundable.
  15. The management of the facility or persons authorized by them may not allow to enter the Thermal Baths or request to leave the premises, if the behaviour of the person clearly indicates being in a state of intoxication, under the influence of illicit drugs or creating a risk to people staying at the property (being aggressive, dangerous, etc.).
  16. Who, in the case referred to in art. 16 will not apply to the command of the management of the object, or persons authorized by them and enters the area of the Thermal Baths, or will not leave the facility, shall be liable to penalty of between 200.00 and 1000.00 PLN.
  17. In the event of a sudden necessity, the management of the facility may limit the possibility of using the Thermal Baths’ services completely or partially if there is an exceedance of the limit on the number of users in the facility or in the event of other unforeseen circumstances threatening the security of the users.
  18. Term users are required to follow the instructions on all warning boards. It is forbidden to destroy, dirty or remove from existing places. Information and pictograms are an integral part of the regulations.
  19. The attractions and facilities available in the property are automatically controlled. The Thermal Baths do not guarantee access to all attractions and facilities at any time, in particular due to the need for renovations and maintenance.
  20. It is possible to provide offers for Thermal Baths users containing various promotions. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable rules and information available at the Customer service office. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
  21. The current information about the types, prices and rules of use of the services and products offered by the Thermal Baths is located on leaflets and price lists in the customer service office, as well as on the website.

§ 3

TERMS OF USE OF THE THERMAL BATHS

  1. To use the Thermal Baths, you must have a valid admission ticket. It is a transponder/watch activated by the cashier. The transponder should be worn on the wrist and, if necessary, be presented to the staff of the Thermal Baths. The customer is obliged to collect the purchased watch (ticket) at the checkout.
  2. The ticket is valid only on the day of sale and entitles you to use the purchased Thermal Baths service once. Periodic passes or those determining the number of entrances are also available.
  3. Tickets received free of charge (gift vouchers, etc.) cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. The cashier decides how the family tickets are created. If it is possible to create a family ticket it will be created. You can join a family ticket:

a. Up to 5 normal tickets

b. Up to 10 discount tickets

The prerequisite is to purchase the tickets on one receipt.

  1. Discounts are granted for up to 14 people.
  2. The time of use counts from the first reading on the entrance gate until the last reading and passing through the exit gate.
  3. Each entry ticket has an internal cash limit assigned to the transponder. This limit can be used for the purchase of food and beverage goods at the property. Information terminals located on the Thermal Baths’ site allow you to check the current status of the spending limit on a given transponder.
  4. If you make a transaction using the limit on your transponder, the user is obliged to pay the amount used to the transponder’s assigned limit before leaving the facility. It is forbidden to share the transponder with other users-the transponder can only be used by the user who activated it on the entrance gate. The user assumes full responsibility for the transactions made using the transponder used.
  5. One user can only have one transponder activated on the gate at the entrance to the facility. Users with more than one transponder are required to return one of them. Failure to comply, refusal to return one of the transporters and attempted intrusion into the premises, may be read as an attempt to disrupt tranquility on the premises of the Thermal Baths and thus cause a call by the employees of the term Officers of the relevant departments. In the above cases, the costs of purchasing the entrance ticket will not be refunded. Not having a transponder at the exit is synonymous with its loss and a fine has to be paid in accordance with § 3 art. 16 of the Terms and Conditions.
  6. Swimming pools, Saunarium, Therapeutic zone and Fitness centre, can only be accessed by presenting a valid entrance ticket (activated transponder issued by the cashier). This does not apply to users who, as a result of specific authorization, have the right to enter. Users who unlawfully enter the bathing area and use the paid services will be immediately expelled and charged for the lack of a transponder.
  7. Please note that private baby carriages are not allowed in the swimming pool area. The baby carriages should be left in the designated place. The Thermal Baths offer the possibility of free rental of baby carriages, which can be used in the pool zone.
  1. Sold admission tickets and payments are non-refundable unless the fault of the service is borne by the Thermal Baths. The management of the property is entitled to refuse the exchange of purchased services for other products or services.
  2. After passing through the entrance gates, the wrongly purchased tickets are not refundable.
  3. All discounts are granted before printing the receipt for the entrance tickets.
  4. Being in changing rooms and their surroundings is only permitted for the purpose of changing clothes. The Thermal Baths user is obliged to ensure proper and effective closure of the cabinet with the transponder and the proper storage of the transponder. In the event of its loss, the contents of the cabinet shall be transferred to the user only after an inspection and presentation of evidence proving that the user is the owner of the items left. In this situation, the Thermal Baths employees also have the right to retrieve the user’s contact information. This data will be permanently destroyed and will not be stored. Money and valuables (jewelry, phone, etc.) must be deposited at the customer service office. Thermal Baths are not liable for valuables left outside the deposit boxes and other things left outside the cabinets. If an object does not fit in the locker (e.g. infant carrier),it should be reported to the Thermal Baths service, which will indicate the place in which the item should be kept.
  5. For lost transponders and keys for safe deposit boxes, the following fees must be paid:

a. transponder issued to an adult – 530 PLN,

b. discount tariff transponder – 130 PLN.

c. keys for safe deposit boxes – 10 PLN

d. replacement of the transponder – 30 PLN

  1. This fee is based on the assigned purchase limit and the cost of purchasing the device.
  2. Organized groups of children and young people of school age must have at least one adult guardian for 15 participants who will be responsible for them throughout the stay at the Thermal Baths. The organizer or the Pilot of the group is responsible for the correct count of the purchased transponders.
  3. After entering the Thermal Baths area, the guardian is obliged to contact the manager of lifeguards to determine the rules for the use of the Thermal Baths by the organized group.
  4. The guardian is responsible for his group and is obliged to continuously monitor the group and its compliance with the site Terms and Conditions.
  5. Any inappropriate handling of the transponder or other objects (towels, bathrobes, restaurant 

equipment, deck chairs, etc.) will be treated as a serious violation of the Terms and Conditions. The user will be liable for any material damage caused.

  1. In a situation where the user leaves the Thermal Baths and he disputes the payment for the service or the goods claiming that he has not bought or used them, gathering of evidence follows. A user who disputes the purchase of goods or services has the right to complain to the shift manager, which does not exempt him from having to pay for the service. This user may submit a complaint within 7 days of the performance of the advertised service. The complaint will be considered by Thermal Baths within 14 days.
  2. The pool hall and other zones must be left 15 minutes before closing. The outside area must be left at 10pm at the latest. Leaving the Thermal Baths after 22:15 pm will result in a fee of 15.00 PLN/For each subsequent 5 minutes. The entrance ticket desks will be closed at 21.00. Management reserves the right to change the closing time. Turning off attractions and saunas is preceded by a 15- minute voice and acoustic message before closing the object or zone.
  3. The Thermal Baths can be used by everyone, except for those suffering from infectious diseases (in accordance with the Act on Preventing and combating infectious diseases in humans and in accordance with the Act on the Prevention of infections) and those suffering from infectious or aesthetically-looking skin conditions, those with open wounds (excluding minor injuries), as well as those who are in a state of intoxication, under the influence of drugs and other measures of similar effect causing unnatural behaviour. In cases of doubt, it is necessary to submit a certificate on the basis of which the management of the facility may decide whether to let the user enter the area.
  4. The authorised Thermal Baths representative shall have the right to check the condition of the user whose behaviour indicates that they may be in a state of intoxication. Refusal to undergo a test may result in refusal to sell a ticket.
  5. Persons prone to muscle contraction, syncope, epileptic seizures, cardiovascular diseases, as well as mentally ill persons may reside in the bathing area only under the supervision of the appropriate guardian, who is obliged to report about the user’s state.
  6. Children under the age of 13, blind persons, persons who without the help of others, are not able to move or dress themselves, can use the swimming pool only under constant supervision of an adult. The obligation of parental or legal care cannot be transferred to other persons, in particular to Thermal Baths employees.
  7. Guests between 13-16 years old are allowed to stay on a Thermal Baths site only under the supervision of an adult.
  8. Children up to 3 years of age and adults using diapers are required to have disposable diapers specially designed for bathing.
  9. Users who can use the thermal pools are:

a. Adults and children aged 16 or more,

b. Children under the age of 13, accompanied by an adult,

c. Pregnant woman – they can only use the Thermal Baths offer at their own risk.

  1. All water slides, pipes, water massages and other attractions, are used at the user’s own risk. When using these devices, the user should read and follow the instructions in these areas. Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by adults.
  2. The management of the property is not responsible for any damage to swimsuits when using water slides.
  3. A person who extorts a free entrance the Thermal Baths zone will be expelled from them. In any case of verbal or physical threats from the user, the security will be called.
  4. It shall be prohibited to bring any dangerous items into the Thermal Baths area, which may jeopardise the safety or health of others e.g.firearms or other weapons, sharply edged items, explosives.
  5. It is forbidden to bring: glass packaging and flammable liquids e.g. pressure containers including deodorants, hairsprays etc. These items should be left in clothing cabinets or in safe deposit boxes.
  6. Users entitled for reduced admission prices to the Chochołowskie Termy area:

a. Children aged between 3-16

b. Disabled people with certificate of disability (invalidity Group I) and their caregivers,

c. Seniors aged 60 and over,

d. Children up to 3 years old enter free of charge.

  1. The basis for access to the discounted price is the presentation of a document which confirms the right to a discount (ID, a certificate, other document).
  2. We also respect other discount entries. All our partners offering promotional tickets are listed on the website.
  3. Legal guardians are responsible for the safety of minors and the correctness of their use of the devices on the premises of Chochołowskie Termy.

§ 4

RULES FOR THE USE OF PASSES

  1. The pass (magnetic card) remains at the disposal of the customer who has purchased the service for the period of validity of the pass. Upon expiry of the expiry date, you must pass the card at the ticket office or at the reception after using all the inputs. You can also extend or purchase an additional service on the same card.
  2. The Pass does not apply to any other current promotions at Chochołowskie Termy. 
  3. The current price, type of entry and expiry date of the available passes can be found in the ticket price list.
  4. The ticket entitles you to use the attractions covered by the purchased Pass during the period of validity until the entry limit is exhausted.
  5. The use of the Pass is possible in the days and hours of operation of each zone for which the voucher applies to.
  6. Information regarding the remaining number of entries and expiry date can be obtained in the ticket offices, the SPA reception or at the Customer Service Office in person upon presentation of the Pass.
  7. If the bearer of the Pass exceeds the time limit (if specified) or wishes to use a service not covered by the pass, it is obliged to pay in accordance with the applicable Thermal Baths price list. Settlements can be made in cash or by credit card on the exit cash desk.
  8. The quantitative Pass can only be given to the bearer.
  9. Two people can use the Pass once until the entry limit specified in the pass is exhausted.
  10. You can use up to 2 entries daily on any day of the week.
  11. Upon expiry of the entry pass, the remaining cards are non-refundable with no possibility of extension.
  12. After the purchase of the Pass, you can return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, based on the original receipt. The return condition is not to use any entry from the given Pass.
  13. If you lose your card, you must immediately report the Thermal Baths’ member of stuff to block the Pass. The fee for issuing a duplicate is 5 PLN.
  14. The possession of the Pass does not entitle anyone to out of order entrance.
  15. The purchase of the Pass is associated with the acceptance of the regulations applicable in the Thermal Baths.

§ 5

CIVIL LIABILITY

  1. Users use the swimming pools with its attractions, entertainment equipment and sports equipment at their own risk. The owner undertakes to maintain the swimming pool and its equipment in a condition that ensures safe use. The Chochołowskie Termy are not liable for damage to persons, caused to anyone, if the damage occurred due to force majeure or solely by the fault of the injured party or a third person, for whom the Thermal Baths do not bear responsibility. 
  2. Thermal Baths shall not be liable for loss, destruction or damage from items brought to the premises and left in a place not intended for this purpose.
  3. The user is responsible for any damage caused by inappropriate use of the facility and equipment located on its premises, or as a result of inappropriate behaviour during the use of the equipment in the pool. Parents and legal guardians bear full responsibility for their children and the possible damage caused by them.
  4. Accidents and damages must be reported immediately to the property. Thermal Baths are not responsible for alleviation of the damage resulting from a delay in its notification.
  5. In matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions, the regulations of the Civil Code, the law of 18 August 2011 on the safety of persons residing in water areas shall apply.

§ 6 ATTACHMENTS

ATTACHMENT NO. 1: SWIMMING POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The swimming pool Staff is entitled to the so-called Facility host entitlement. People present at the swimming pool area are obliged to comply with the instructions and guidelines of lifeguards on duty and other staff members of the pool area.
  2. The facility is equipped with a video monitoring system with recording and camera recordings can constitute the basis for liability towards Users who do not comply with the rules and instructions. The facility management guarantees that monitoring is carried out in a way that does not violate personal rights and dignity of Users.
  3. Persons present at the swimming pool area are obliged to exercise due diligence in order to protect their own and other people’s health and life, in particular:
    1. reading the regulations for using the swimming pool area and devices installed in it, and complying with those regulations,
    2. complying with information signs, orders and prohibitions placed on the pool area,
    3. obeying commands and sound signals of lifeguards and staff members of the swimming pool area, as well as messages given through speakers,
    4. becoming acquainted and adapting their activity plans to their own skills and general fitness as well as health, and to current weather conditions,
    5. using gear appropriate to the type of undertaken activity, efficient technically and in accordance with its intended purpose and rules of use,
    6. immediately informing the rescue services or staff members of the pool area about an accident, injury and other events that may affect the safety of themselves and other people.
  4. Detailed rules for the use of individual parts and devices of the facility are regulated by individual site regulations, placed near individual water attractions. Each person using water attractions is obliged to read the provisions of these regulations and comply with them.
  5. Children under the age of 16 may stay in the facility only under the constant supervision of adults. These people are fully responsible for the children entrusted to their care and are responsible for any damage caused by them. The guardian pays for the stay in the pool area according to the current price list.
  6. It is forbidden to leave non-swimmers in the pool halls without supervision.
  7. Before entering the premises, organized groups are obliged to report to the Customer Service Office (CSO) and agree on the conditions of using the facility and water attractions. 
  8. The following sound signaling applies in the pool area:
    1. a series of short beeps – ALARM – a call to immediately leave the pool basin by all Users and follow further instructions of the lifeguards or facility administration
    2. long beep – termination – immediate exit from the water
    3. short beep – an order to pay attention to the lifeguard and information provided by the Staff of the Swimming Pool Zone 
  9. A long beep is a signal for immediate exit from the water. After hearing the signal, the basin should be exited and further orders from lifeguards or Staff must be awaited.
  10. The following zones are designated in the waters of the Swimming Pool Zone, and the User must adapt their own activity plans after taking into account their skills:
    1. paddling pool – up to 0.3 m deep
    2. non-swimmers zone – up to 1.2 m deep
    3. swimmers zone – up to 1.8 m deep
  11. The actual depths in individual zones are given in the form of pictograms on the walls of pool basins or in their vicinity.
  12. Non-swimmers may only use non-swimmers areas.
  13. The swimming pool located on level “-1” is intended only for individuals swimming alone or swimming schools using the Swimming Pool Zone under the supervision of an instructor. The limit of people staying in the swimming pool at the same time is 50.
  14. Admission to the swimming pool hall is based on the transponder of the Electronic Customer Service System, which is obtained after purchasing the service in accordance with the service price list applicable to the Swimming Pool Zone. The transponder should be attached to the wrist.
  15. The transponder authorizes the use of devices and zones located in the pool area facility for which it was purchased and is subject to settlement and return at the exit at the pool area ticket office.
  16. Receiving a transponder means that the User undertakes to comply with all regulations and other ordinances issued to ensure security in the facility.
  17. The duration of stay and the related fees are counted from the moment the transponder is activated when entering through the gate at the checkout, until the transponder memory is read when leaving through the gate at the checkout.
  18. Full payment for the use of the equipment and for any extended duration of stay on the property must be settled when leaving the property.
  19. The facility management may temporarily limit access to the swimming pool area due to exceeding the maximum number of Users.
  20. Users will be allowed into the facility no later than 30 minutes before it is closed.
  21. Before entering the changing room, there is a change of external footwear to pool footwear (barefoot walking is allowed). After swimming and changing, a change of footwear from pool footwear to outside footwear takes place after leaving the changing ream.
  22. A change of clothes to swimming garments takes place in the changing rooms.
  23. Staying in and around changing rooms is only allowed for changing clothes.
  24. Due to the monitoring of changing rooms, it is advisable to change in designated cabins.
  25. People using the swimming pool hall and saunas are obliged to place and store clothing, bags and other items brought to the facility in the changing rooms in designated lockers. Valuable items should be deposited in the lockers before entering the changing room.
  26. The property management is not responsible for items left unattended on the premises.
  27. Before leaving the changing room to the swimming pool area, check if the locker has been closed. Thermal baths’ management is not responsible for items, money or valuables left in open or improperly closed lockers.
  28. Each person is obliged to thoroughly wash the entire body under the shower before entering the pool hall using appropriate cosmetics or cleaning agents (also after using the toilet) and to disinfect the feet. The use of bath cosmetics outside shower rooms is prohibited.
  29. Only clean swimwear, which meets hygiene and aesthetic requirements, does not have zippers or other metal or plastic inserts, which may pose a threat to the health or safety of the User as well as be the cause damage to items in the pool area equipment is allowed in the swimming pool hall (except for the Saunarium Zone, non-textile rooms and showers).
    1. for women, one or two-piece, fitting (also burkini). The absolute requirement to use the so-called burkini is that the garment adheres to the body.
    2. for men swimming trunks up to mid-thigh length.
  30. Bathing water Users are obliged to move in appropriate bathing footwear in all marked rooms, starting from the changing rooms, through showers, to the sauna and swimming pools, as well as in the outdoor pool.
  31. Towels can be rented in the Cash Register zone. The fee for renting a towel is PLN 5.00/pc. The Staff is not responsible for the User’s towel being changed or lost. The borrower is responsible for the rented towel. The towel should be returned at the cash desks. A fee of PLN 40 is charged for failure to return the towel.
  32. Children under 3 years of age using the pool must wear disposable bath diapers.
  33. It is forbidden for people with medical contraindications, patients with illnesses that may be dangerous to other Users, as well as wearing patches and bandages to enter the premises.
  34. Disabled people using the pool area and wheelchair Users are obliged to change to the pool chair in the rooms prepared for them.
  35. Children in prams using the pool area are obliged to change to the pool trolley in the rooms prepared for them.
  36. Lifeguards are people wearing a red outfit with the word LIFEGUARD
  37. The use of water attractions is at the Users own risk. People with unstable health should use the attractions with extreme caution (or after consulting their doctor).
  38. The emergency service supervision covers all pool basins and water attractions. This does not release guardians from direct continuous child supervision.
  39. Object areas and water attractions may be temporarily excluded from use, in that case they shall be marked with a barrier tape and their use is prohibited at this time.
  40. Right-hand traffic along the tracks applies to swimming tracks. Swimming across the tracks is forbidden. The maximum number of people on one swimming track may not exceed 6 people in a 25- pool.
  41. Due to ensuring hygiene and safety rules, people on the premises are not allowed to:
    1. enter the water against the prohibition of lifeguards, in the absence of emergency service duty and during a rescue operation
    2. remain in a state of inebriation or under the influence of intoxicants
    3. bring and consume alcoholic beverages (not purchased at the Thermal Baths) and intoxicants
    4. use clothing and objects that are visibly dirty or that may interact with water
    5. dive and jump into the water without permission or contrary to the lifeguard’s prohibition
    6. dive in barrels with thermal water 
    7. swim underwater and dive under the outlets of water slides, 
    8. train breathlessness
    9. bring glass containers, cans, sharp tools, weapons and other dangerous and fragile items
    10. run, push and throw into water, shout and behave in a way that threatens the safety of themselves and other Users of the facility
    11. raise false alarms
    12. throw any objects into the water
    13. perform gymnastic exercises on entrance ladders and handrails
    14. enter and exit the pools except for designated places (ladders, stairs)
    15. reserve chairs or deckchairs
    16. enter rescue positions and use rescue equipment except in emergencies
    17. litter and contaminate the rooms and pool basins
    18. use soap and chemicals in the pool halls
    19. destroy facilities and equipment of the facility
    20. move mobile equipment without the consent of lifeguards or Staff
    21. use mobile phones in the changing room, showers and pool hall
    22. bring musical and playing equipment
    23. smoke tobacco
    24. chew gum and eat in the pool hall, changing rooms and showers; excluding the wet bar and the designated area around it;
    25. leave pool flip-flops in the communication and pool overflow zones
    26. bring animals, vehicles (rollers, bicycles, boards, prams) and objects that impede communication in the facility
    27. climb onto the walls surrounding the pool, balustrades, track ropes and other structural elements and devices not intended for this purpose,
    28. handle physiological needs outside of the toilet
    29. jump into the water from walls, balustrades, statues, stairs, jacuzzi tubs, flowerbeds and other parts of the structure of the object, as well as from the edge of the basin, in particular diving headfirst while running,
    30. use rescue equipment for purposes other than those intended,
    31. use slides or attractions in a manner inconsistent with the instructions
    32. conduct movement games and ball games outside designated areas
  42. It is forbidden to bring and use:
    1. musical instruments
    2. devices that play sounds,
    3. television receivers,
    4. binoculars,
    5. animals,
    6. food and beverages, excluding areas intended for this purpose.
  43. Wearing glasses and contact lenses is at the User’s own risk. If the User is wearing corrective glasses in the pool hall, these glasses must be fixed in a way that prevents them from falling.
  44. Dryers and other electrical equipment may only be used in the dry area of the facility.
  45. The use of cameras and camcorders on the premises of the facility may take place only after obtaining the consent of the facility’s host.
  46. Bringing and using one’s own sports and recreation equipment on the premises of the facility can only take place after obtaining the consent of the lifeguards. 
  47. Persons staying on the premises of the facility and violating public order, decency, including profanity, posing a threat to other persons staying in the facility, as well as persons who do not comply with the provisions of these regulations and the recommendations of law enforcement or pool Staff may be removed from site, regardless of any possible referral to criminal and civil proceedings.
  48. Persons destroying or damaging the facility’s equipment or devices bear full financial responsibility for any damage caused.
  49. Items found on the property must be handed over to Staff. The changing room Staff releases items found after their identification by the owner within 7 days of leaving them.
  50. It is forbidden to conduct any gainful activity in the swimming pool area without the permission of the management, in particular commercial, marketing and service activities, including the distribution of leaflets, the sale of goods, offering and performing services, and private swimming lessons for remuneration.
  51. Seasonally, the Baths can provide an external pumped slide for children under 13 years of age. The rules of using the slide are the same as for the Family slide.

  53. Other matters not covered by these Regulations are decided by general regulations and the management of the swimming pool area.

ATTACHMENT NO. 2: WHIRLPOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The whirlpool is an integral part of the swimming pool area and its use is governed by the provisions of the general pool area regulations and in addition these regulations.
  2. Every person using the whirlpool is required to read the regulations and information boards.
  3. The use of the whirlpool is at the User’s own risk.
  4. The whirlpool is available to all pool Users except:
    1. participants of organized groups without the presence of a guardian
  5. People with cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological and gastrointestinal dysfunctions should use the whirlpool with extreme caution and after medical consultation.
  6. Children under 13 years of age can use the whirlpool only under the constant care of their parents or adult guardians.
  7. Caution should be exercised when entering the whirlpool.
  8. Priority in communication is given to the person leaving the whirlpool.
  9. It is forbidden to cause situations that threaten one’s own safety, the safety of other people using the whirlpool and the swimming pool area, or such which may cause an accident, in particular:
    1. entering and leaving the whirlpool in a way other than through stairs/ladders,
    2. the use of the whirlpool when the aeration system is off,
    3. use of the whirlpool in case of closing access with a chain, rope, barrier or other visible means,
    4. pushing people inside the whirlpool,
    5. bringing any items into the whirlpool,
    6. staying in the whirlpool in an upright position,
    7. immersing the head and face in the water,
    8. pouring water from the whirlpool,
    9. Sitting on the edge of the whirlpool basin
  10. Supervision over compliance with these regulations is performed by: guardians, lifeguards and swimming pool Staff. All persons using the facility are obliged to follow their instructions.
  11. In the event of an accident caused by failure to comply with the whirlpool regulations, the User shall be responsible.
  12. All persons violating public order or the provisions of these regulations will be removed from the whirlpool, as well as from the pool area.

ATTACHMENT NO. 3: TREATMENT ZONE RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The zone consists of thermal barrels with raw, sulfuric thermal water at 36 °C and a thermal pool with iodized saline water at 32 °C
  2. Prior to using the treatment zone, the User must read the information placed before the entrance, in particular health contraindications. 
  3. The chemical composition of sulfur and brine water can cause changes in the appearance of jewelry and clothing. The management of the facility is not responsible for any damage to jewelry or clothing when using the treatment zone.

ATTACHMENT NO. 4: WATER SLIDE (TOWER) RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The slide is an integral part of the Swimming Pool Zone and the provisions of the general regulations and additionally these regulations apply.
  2. Each person using the slide is obliged to read the regulations, information boards and instructions for use.
  3. Users of water slides do so at their own risk and responsibility (slides are areas with an increased risk of accidents).
  4. The thermal bath facility is not responsible for accidents occurring on water slides, caused by non-compliance with the rules regarding the use of slides contained in these Regulations, as well as for the condition of swimwear damaged or worn as a result of using the slide.
  5. Pictograms are an integral part of the Regulations.
  6. When using water slides, it is absolutely necessary to follow the instructions of the lifeguards on duty.
  7. All persons violating public order or the provisions of these regulations will be removed from the slide, as well as from the pool area.
  8. The slide down the water slide takes place individually or in couples depending on the type of slide.
  9. Children under 13 years of age can use the slide only under the constant care of parents or adult guardians. 
  10. Slides are not intended for:
    • people with cardiovascular, respiratory, skeletal, neurological and gastrointestinal dysfunctions and particularly sensitive to sudden overloads,
    • participants of organized groups without the presence of a guardian on the slide’s start platform
  11. Traffic is on the right side on the stairs.
  12. Before using water slides, the User must remove glasses, watches, chains, earrings and other similar items that could cause injury to other Users.
  13. The traffic light information above the inlet to the downhill pipe must be followed on the slide, the meaning is as follows:
    • green color – sliding allowed,
    • red – sliding not allowed.
  14. It is strictly forbidden to stop when sliding.
  15. After the slide, immediately leave the catch pool in the direction of the arrows.
  16. After dusk some sections of downhill tubes are dark. 
  17. Any defects noticed during sliding should be reported to the lifeguard on duty.
  18. Users of slides must not create situations that could endanger the health or life of those using the slide. It is forbidden to:
    • run on the stairs of the water slide tower, push others on the start platform and force other Users to slide,
    • use water slides in the event of damage to the traffic lights, water slide chute or other technical defects,
    • use the slide in case of closing access with a chain, rope, barrier or in another visible means,
    • slide in groups,
    • slide down in a position other than sitting or lying on the back with the legs in the direction of travel,
    • run into the water slide to increase the descent speed,
    • use water slides for people who have consumed alcohol, drugs and other intoxicants.
    • stop and stand inside the descent tube,
    • perform unjustified braking during the descent,
    • climb balustrades, handrails, structural elements,
    • enter the descent tube from the side of the end element and climb inside the tube towards the starting point
    • to slide down with objects that may cause injury, in particular: glasses, jewelry (watches, rings, bracelets, straps, chains, earrings, ornaments in the hair) and swimming equipment (boards, sleeves and swimming goggles, etc.).
  19. A lifeguard on duty at a given position is responsible for safety on all slides. The lifeguard’s orders and comments serve the safety of the slide Users and should not be questioned.
  20. The thermal baths have three outdoor slides and one indoor Family slide, which are free for people using the Pool Area. The following slides are distinguished:

TRAP DOOR SLIDE

  1. Information about slide:
    • Length: 61.67 m
    • Descent: 20.51%
    • Difficulty level: DIFFICULT
    • Landing basin depth: 0.3 m
  2. There is an absolute ban on descent in couples, only descent of individuals is allowed on the trapdoor slide. Users over 10 years of age with height of min. 130 cm and weight min. 40 kg – max. 130 kg. 
  3. There can only be one person on the landing ramp of the water slide.
  4. The descent takes place individually. The only permitted descent position is upright with arms crossed over the chest. This position should be kept during the entire descent. Other descent positions are prohibited.
  5. It is forbidden to:
  1. opening the cabin door,
  2. performing slides in couples, in a group and with young children, in particular those held in the arms on the stomach.

RAFT SLIDE BLUE

  1. Information about slide:
    • Length: 165.81 m
    • Descent: 8.92 %
    • Difficulty level: MEDIUM
    • Landing basin depth: 0.3 m
  2. A descent of up to two Users who at least 120 cm tall is allowed on the slide. 
  3. The descent takes place only on the raft intended for this purpose.
  4. The raft must be picked up from designated storage locations and carried up the stairs to the slide platform with extra care.
  5. Before descending, make sure there is water in the water slide tube. Dry descent is not allowed.
  6. Before descending, place the raft on the descending platform, sit inside and wait for the green light.
  7. To start the descent, after the ignition of a green light, push your hands off the side walls of the water slide or starting bar. Slide freely without stopping at the water slide tube.
  8. There may be only one raft inside the descent tube. The only permitted descent position is sitting or reclining with straight legs, facing the direction of travel and arms holding the raft handles. This position should be kept during the entire descent. Other descent positions are prohibited. 
  9. After the descent, immediately leave the catch pool in the direction of the arrows, taking the raft with you.
  10. After the descent, take the raft to the designated storage place.

RAFT SLIDE GREEN

  1. Information about slide:
    • Length: 80.12 m
    • Descent: 17.12 %
    • Difficulty level: DIFFICULT
    • Landing basin depth: 0.3 m
  1. A descent of up to two Users who are at least 120 cm tall is allowed on the slide. 
  2. The descent takes place only on the raft intended for this purpose.
  3. Before descending, make sure there is water in the water slide tube. Dry descent is not allowed.
  4. After entering the starting platform, take the proper descent position on the raft (sit with your feet in the direction of travel, with your hands holding the raft handles). The descent should be made in a lying or semi-sitting position.
  5. After the descent, leave the basin through the designated exit.
  6. For safety reasons, catching children under the family slide is forbidden. For safety reasons, diving under the slide is prohibited.
  7. To start the descent, after the ignition of a green light, push your hands off the side walls of the water slide or starting bar. Slide freely without stopping at the water slide tube.
  1. There may be only one raft inside the descent tube.
  2. After the descent, immediately leave the catch pool in the direction of the arrows, taking the raft with you.
  3. After the descent, take the raft to the designated storage place.

  9. Immediately before descending, check that water is flowing in the descent chute. Dry descent is not allowed.
  10. It is forbidden to cause situations that threaten one’s own safety, the safety of other people using the slide and the swimming pool area, or which may cause an accident, in particular:
    1. use of the slide in the absence of traffic lights, closing the access with a chain, rope, barrier or in another visible way,
    2. starting the slide when there are other people in the slide chute or on the slide landing area,
    3. pushing people inside the chute,
    4. performing a slide in a group and with small children held in the arms on the stomach,
    5. bringing any objects to the chute and sliding down with objects that may cause injury, in particular: glasses, jewelry (watches, rings, bracelets, cords, chains, earrings, ornaments in the hair) and swimming equipment (wheels, boards, etc.). In justified cases, the lifeguard may recommend the use of sleeves or a vest.
    6. jumping into the slide while running,
    7. stopping and standing inside the descent chute,
    8. climb balustrades, handrails, structural elements,
    9. entering the descent tube from the side of the end element and climbing inside the tube towards the starting point
    10. staying within the slide landing area.
  11. The only permitted descent positions are:
    1. a stable sitting position with the face facing the direction of travel, legs straight and arms placed close to the body,
    2. supine position with straight legs, facing the direction of travel and arms placed along the body.
  12. The selected position should be kept throughout the descent. Other descent positions are prohibited.
  13. After the descent, the slide landing area should be exited immediately.
  14. Supervision over compliance with these regulations is performed by: guardians, lifeguards and swimming pool Staff. All persons using the facility are obliged to follow their instructions.
  15. In the event of an accident caused by non-compliance with the slide regulations, the User bears all responsibility.
  16. All persons violating public order or the provisions of these regulations will be removed from the slide, as well as from the pool area.

ATTACHMENT NO. 6: INDOOR PADDLING POOL AND WATER ATTRACTIONS RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The paddling pool and water attractions located in it are an integral part of the pool area and are governed by the provisions of the general pool area regulations and in addition these regulations.
  2. The guardian of the child using the paddling pool and related attractions is obliged to read applicable regulations, information boards, signs and instructions on the use of water attractions and explain the safety rules to the child.
  3. The paddling pool and related attractions are only available to children under 13 years of age under the constant care of parents or adult guardians.
  4. Guardians are obliged to supervise children at all times when using the paddling pool and related water attractions, and stay in such a place near the water surface from which they can maintain visual contact with their pupil.
  5. It is forbidden to cause situations that threaten one’s own safety, the safety of other people using the paddling pool and the pool area or which may cause an unfortunate accident, in particular:
    1. climbing balustrades, handrails and structural elements not intended for this purpose,
    2. using the shower tray and related attractions in the case of access being closed with a chain, rope or other visible means,
    3. staying in the paddling pool of adults who are not providing care to children,
    4. pushing children into the pool basin or slide descent,
    5. jumping into the pool basin and slide while running,
    6. starting descent when other Users are already on the landing pad or near the slide
    7. sliding in couples, in a group and with small children,
    8. sliding down with objects that can cause injuries, in particular: with glasses, jewelry (watches, rings, bracelets, straps, chains, earrings, hair ornaments) and swimming equipment (boards, swimming goggles, etc.).
    9. stopping during descent and standing up inside the slide,
    10. remaining at the landing pad at the end of the slide after finishing the descent,
    11. climbing the slide from the side of the end piece and climbing inside the slide towards the starting point
  6. When climbing the slide platform, extreme caution should be exercised: running, pushing, forcing the queue, etc., is prohibited.
  7. The slide is not available for: 
    1. children with cardiovascular, respiratory, skeletal, neurological and gastrointestinal dysfunctions and particularly sensitive to sudden overloads,
    2. participants of organized groups without the presence of a guardian on the start platform of the slide.
  8. The descent is only permitted when no other Users are on the landing pad or near the slide.
  9. The descent takes place individually. The only permitted descent position is sitting with the face in the direction of travel or lying on the back with straight legs facing in the direction of travel and arms placed along the body. This position should be maintained during the entire descent. Changing positions during the descent, as well as other descent positions are prohibited.
  10. After the descent, the landing area should be exited immediately at the slide exit
  11. Supervision over compliance with these regulations is performed by: guardians, lifeguards and swimming pool Staff. All persons using the facility are obliged to follow their instructions.
  12. In the event of an accident caused by failure to comply with the paddling pool regulations, all liability shall be borne by the User.
  13. All persons violating public order or the provisions of these regulations shall be removed from the paddling pool area as well as from the pool area.

ATTACHMENT NO. 7: INDOOR PADDLING POOL AND WET PLAYGROUND RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The paddling pool and wet playground and water attractions located there are an integral part of the pool area and are governed by the provisions of the general pool area regulations and in addition these regulations.
  2. The guardian of the child using the paddling pool and wet playground and their attractions is required to read the applicable regulations, information boards, signs and instructions on the use of water attractions and to explain the safety rules to the child.
  3. The paddling pool and wet playground and related attractions are only available to children under 13 years of age under the constant care of parents or adult guardians.
  4. Guardians are obliged to supervise children at all times when using the paddling pool and wet playground and related water attractions, and remain in such a place near the water surface from which they can maintain visual contact with their pupil.
  5. It is forbidden to cause situations that threaten one’s own safety, the safety of other people using the paddling pool and the wet playground, or which may cause an accident, in particular:
    1. stepping on structural elements unintended for this purpose,
    2. using the paddling pool and wet playground and related attractions in the case of closing access with a chain, rope or other visible means,
    3. staying in the paddling pool and wet playground for adults not providing care to children,
    4. pushing children into the pool basin or slide descent,
    5. jumping into the pool basin and slide while running,
    6. starting descent when other Users are already on the landing pad or near the slide
    7. sliding in couples, in a group and with small children,
    8. sliding down with objects that can cause injuries, in particular: with glasses, jewelry (watches, rings, bracelets, straps, chains, earrings, hair ornaments) and swimming equipment (boards, swimming goggles, etc.).
    9. stopping during descent and standing up inside the slide,
    10. remaining at the landing pad at the end of the slide after finishing the descent,
    11. climbing the slide from the side of the end piece and climbing inside the slide towards the starting point
  6. When climbing the slide platform, extreme caution should be exercised: running, pushing, forcing the queue, etc., is prohibited.

  3. After the descent, the landing area should be exited immediately at the slide exit
  4. Supervision over compliance with these regulations is performed by: guardians, lifeguards and swimming pool Staff. All persons using the facility are obliged to follow their instructions.
  5. In the event of an accident caused by failure to comply with the paddling pool regulations, all liability shall be borne by the User.
  6. All persons violating public order or the provisions of these regulations shall be removed from the paddling pool area as well as from the pool area.

ATTACHMENT NO. 8: CHILDREN’S WET SAUNA RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The sauna is an integral part of the pool area and is governed by the provisions of the general regulations and these regulations.
  2. The regulations must be read before entering the sauna room.
  3. The sauna can be used by children from 1 to 13 years of age only under the supervision of adults.
  4. Using the sauna is tantamount to the fact that the child’s guardian has read and accepts all the provisions of the regulations.
  5. It is absolutely necessary to comply with the regulations, instructions for using the devices, instructions and information provided by the staff members of the swimming pool area when using the sauna rooms.
  6. The swimming pool area management is not responsible for the health effects of using the sauna.
  7. The sauna can only be used by healthy people or people whose conditions do not constitute a contraindication to the use of treatments.
  8. Use of the sauna is not recommended to:
    1. people with heart disease, hypertension and blood vessel diseases,
    2. people with thyroid diseases, claustrophobia, epilepsy, acute rheumatic conditions, cancers, acute infections and asthmatic conditions,
    3. people with fever,
    4. women during menstruation and during pregnancy
    5. people who feel tired and faint
  9. The children’s wet sauna room has a temperature of 33°C and a humidity of 100% 
  10. Before entering the sauna room, you should:
    1. take care of physiological needs
    2. remove glasses and contact lenses
  11. The minimum number of people who can remain in the children’s wet sauna is two.
  12. Any deterioration of well-being should be immediately reported to a member of staff or lifeguard or via use of the emergency button.
  13. It is forbidden to touch or clog the steam outlet.

ATTACHMENT NO. 9: OUTDOOR INFLATABLE WATER PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The water park is intended for children and the attractions placed in it are an integral part of the pool area and is governed by the provisions of the general pool area regulations and, in addition, these regulations.
  2. The guardian of the child using the water park and related attractions is required to read the applicable rules, information boards, signs and instructions for using the attractions, and explain the safety rules to the child.
  3. The water park and related attractions are available only to children under 13 years of age under the constant care of parents or adult guardians.
  4. Guardians are obliged to supervise children at all times when using the water park and related attractions, and to stay in a place from which they can maintain visual contact with their pupil.
  5. It is forbidden to cause situations that threaten one’s own safety, the safety of other people using the water playground and the area of the swimming pool area or such which may cause an unfortunate accident, in particular:
  • stepping on structural elements unintended for this purpose,
  • using the water park and related attractions in the case of closing access with a chain, rope or other visible means,
  • staying in the water park for adults who are not providing care to children,
  1. It is absolutely necessary to notify the facility Staff about any accidental situations threatening the life and health of Users and incorrect operation of devices
  2. Supervision over compliance with these regulations is performed by: guardians, lifeguards and swimming pool Staff. All persons using the facility are obliged to follow their instructions.
  3. In the event of an accident caused by failure to comply with the water park regulations, all liability shall be borne by the User.
  4. All persons violating public order or the provisions of these regulations will be removed from the water park, as well as from the pool area.

ATTACHMENT NO. 10: OUTDOOR PADDLING POOL AND WATER ATTRACTIONS RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The paddling pool and water attractions located in it are an integral part of the pool area and are governed by the provisions of the general pool area regulations and in addition these regulations.
  2. The guardian of the child using the paddling pool and related attractions is obliged to read applicable regulations, information boards, signs and instructions on the use of water attractions and explain the safety rules to the child.
  3. The paddling pool and related attractions are only available to children under 13 years of age under the constant care of parents or adult guardians.
  4. Guardians are obliged to supervise children at all times when using the paddling pool and related water attractions, and stay in such a place near the water surface from which they can maintain visual contact with their pupil.
  5. It is forbidden to cause situations that threaten one’s own safety, the safety of other people using the paddling pool and the pool area or which may cause an unfortunate accident, in particular:
    1. climbing balustrades, handrails and structural elements not intended for this purpose,
    2. using the shower tray and related attractions in the case of access being closed with a chain, rope or other visible means,
    3. staying in the paddling pool for adults who are not providing care to children,
    4. pushing children into the pool basin or slide,
    5. jumping into the pool basin and slide while running,
    6. starting the descent when other Users are already on the landing pads or near the slides
    7. sliding in couples, in a group and with small children,
    8. sliding down with objects that can cause injuries, in particular: with glasses, jewelry (watches, rings, bracelets, straps, chains, earrings, hair ornaments) and swimming equipment (boards, swimming goggles, etc.).
    9. stopping during descent and standing up inside the slides,
    10. remaining at the landing pads at the end of the slide after finishing the descent,
    11. climbing on the slide from the end-piece side and climbing inside the slide towards the starting point
  6. There is right-hand traffic on the slide stairs.
  7. Caution should be exercised when climbing the slide platform: it is forbidden to run up the stairs, push, force the queue etc.
  8. The slide cannot be used by:
    1. children with cardiovascular, respiratory, skeletal, neurological and gastrointestinal dysfunctions and particularly sensitive to sudden overloads,
    2. participants of organized groups without the presence of a guardian on the start platform of the slide.
  9. The descent is only permitted when no other Users are on the landing pads or near the slides.
  10. The descent takes place individually. The only permitted descent position is sitting with the face in the direction of travel or lying on the back with straight legs facing in the direction of travel and arms placed along the body. This position should be maintained during the entire descent. Changing positions during the descent, as well as other descent positions are prohibited.
  11. After the descent, the landing area should be exited immediately at the slide exit
  12. Supervision over compliance with these regulations is performed by: guardians, lifeguards and swimming pool Staff. All persons using the facility are obliged to follow their instructions.
  13. In the event of an accident caused by failure to comply with the paddling pool regulations, all liability shall be borne by the User.
  14. All persons violating public order or the provisions of these regulations shall be removed from the paddling pool area as well as from the pool area.

ATTACHMENT NO. 11: NET CLIMBING WALL RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The net climbing wall is an integral part of the pool area and is governed by the provisions of the general pool area regulations and in addition these regulations.
  2. Each person using the Net Climbing Wall is required to read the applicable regulations and information boards.
  3. The guardian is obliged to remain in the immediate vicinity of the Net Climbing Wall during its use by the guardian’s pupil.
  4. Use of the Net Climbing Wall is at the User’s own risk.
  5. Children up to the age of 13 may use the Net Climbing Wall only under the constant care of parents or adult guardians.
  6. Caution must be exercised when climbing onto the net.
  7. All using Net Climbing Wall must maintain the necessary distance from other Users.
  8. After completing the climb, the water zone in the vicinity of the net must be exited immediately.
  9. Behavior that may pose a threat to Users is prohibited, including in particular:
  • use the attractions for people with ailments and/or skeletal-muscular system disorders, suffering from anxiety of height, with limited ability to move independently, with cardiovascular disorders, labyrinth disorders, anxious, under the influence of alcohol or agents disturbing or limiting the assessment of the situation, or causing unnatural behavior
  • change of direction while driving,
  • remaining in the water in the vicinity of the net after losing contact with the rope,
  • bringing any objects on the net and climbing with objects that can cause injury, in particular: glasses, jewelry (watches, rings, bracelets, straps, chains, earrings, hair ornaments) or/and swimming equipment (boards, sleeves and swimming goggles, etc.),
  • disturbing other climbing Users in any way,
  • diving under the net,
  • climbing the net and jumping into the water.
  1. Supervision over compliance with these regulations is performed by: guardians, lifeguards and swimming pool Staff. All persons using the Net Climbing Wall are absolutely obliged to follow the applicable instructions.
  2. In the event of an accident caused by non-compliance with the regulations, all liability is borne by the User or their guardian. 
  3. Persons violating public order, the provisions of the general regulations or the provisions of these regulations will be removed from the Net Climbing Wall as well as from the pool area.

ATTACHMENT NO. 12: LAZY RIVER RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Data:
    1. Depth – 1.25 m

  2. The lazy river is an integral part of the pool area and is governed by the provisions of the general pool area regulations and in addition these regulations.
  3. Each person using the lazy river is required to read the applicable regulations and information boards.
  4. The use of the lazy river is at the User’s own risk.
  5. The lazy river is available to all pool Users who can swim, except:
    1. children up to 7 years old,
    2. participants of organized groups without the presence of a guardian on the supporting walls of the lazy river.
  6. Children under 13 may use the lazy river only under the constant care of their parents or adult guardians.
  7. It is forbidden to cause situations that threaten one’s own safety, the safety of other people using the lazy river and the pool area, or such which could cause an unfortunate accident, in particular:
    1. bringing any items to the chute and using the lazy river with items that can cause injury, in particular: glasses, jewelry (watches, rings, bracelets, straps, chains, earrings, hair ornaments) and swimming equipment (boards, sleeves, etc.).
    2. stopping and standing inside the descent chute,
    3. swimming against the tide
    4. diving under the level of water,
    5. entering the chute of the lazy river outside the designated area.
  8. The swimming position should ensure good visibility of the area ahead of the swimmer and prevent the possibility of collision with other Users. This position should be maintained at all times when swimming.
  9. Supervision over compliance with these regulations is performed by: guardians, lifeguards and swimming pool Staff. All persons using the facility are obliged to follow their instructions.
  10. In the event of an accident due to non-compliance with the lazy river regulations, all liability is borne by the User.
  11. All persons violating public order or the provisions of these regulations will be removed from the lazy river, as well as from the pool area.

ATTACHMENT NO. 13: OUTDOOR INFLATABLE WATER PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The inflatable water park and attractions placed in it are an integral part of the swimming pool area and are governed by the provisions of the general pool area regulations and additionally these regulations.
  2. The guardian of the child using the inflatable water park and the related attractions is obliged to read the applicable regulations, information boards, signs and instructions for using the attractions, and to explain the safety rules to the child.
  3. The inflatable water park is open during the holiday season from 9.30am to 7.30pm and is intended for sport and recreation.
  4. The inflatable water park and the related attractions are available only to children aged 5 to 13 who can swim or use the help of swimming equipment, under the constant care of parents or adult guardians.
  5. Guardians are obliged to supervise children at all times when using the inflatable water park and related attractions, and to stay in a place from which they can maintain visual contact with their pupil.
  6. The inflatable water park can be used by children in swimsuits without sharp elements (zippers, studs, etc.); jewelry, in particular watches, bracelets, chains, necklaces, rings, glasses, hairpins and all other items including sharp items must be removed before using the Water Park,  Removed items, cell phones, players, money and other valuable or sharp objects should be left with parents or guardians.
  7. A maximum of 15 people can use the inflatable water park at the same time. In the event of a high concentration of children, the service worker or lifeguard may divide the children into groups and allow children to enter the park for a specified period of time.
  8. Particular caution must be exercised when climbing the slide platform; running on stairs, pushing, forcing the queue etc. is forbidden
  9. Traffic is on the right side on the stairs.
  10. Only one person is allowed on the start platform.
  11. The descent takes place individually. The only permitted descent positions are:
    1. a stable sitting position with the face facing the direction of travel, legs straight and arms placed close to the body,
    2. supine position with straight legs, facing the direction of travel and arms placed along the body.

The selected position should be kept throughout the descent. Other descent positions are prohibited.

  1. After the descent, the slide landing area should be exited immediately.
  2. It is forbidden to cause situations that threaten the User’s own safety, the safety of other people using the inflatable water park and the area of the swimming pool area or such which may cause an unfortunate accident, in particular:
    1. using devices contrary to their purpose,
    2. jumping from other objects to elements of the inflatable water park or from elements of the water park to other objects,
    3. climbing elements of the inflatable water park in unauthorized areas, in particular on the side walls of the slide and when climbing other structural elements not intended for this purpose,
    4. bringing sharp and glass objects,
    5. consuming food and drinks or chewing gum in the inflatable water park,
    6. starting the slide when there are other people in the slide chute or on the slide landing area,
    7. pushing people inside the descent chute,
    8. performing slides in couples, in a group and with young children, in particular those held in the arms on the stomach
    9. bringing any objects to the chute and sliding with objects that may cause damage to the body or the device,
    10. jumping into the slide while running,
    11. stopping and standing inside the descent chute,
    12. climb balustrades, handrails, structural elements,
    13. entering the descent tube from the side of the end element and climbing inside the tube towards the starting point
    14. staying near the slide landing pad,
    15. the use of an inflatable water playground and related attractions in the event of closing access by a chain, rope or other visible means,
    16. staying in the inflatable water park for adults who are not providing care to children,
    17. staying near blowers driving the device.
  3. It is absolutely necessary to notify the facility Staff about any accidental situations threatening the life and health of Users and incorrect operation of devices
  4. Supervision over compliance with these regulations is performed by: guardians, lifeguards and swimming pool Staff. All persons using the facility are obliged to follow their instructions.
  5. In the event of an accident caused by non-compliance with the rules of the inflatable water playground, the User shall be responsible.
  6. All persons violating public order or the provisions of these regulations will be removed from the inflatable water park, as well as from the pool area.
  7. Chochołowskie Thermal Baths reserves the right to close at any time at the discretion of the Chochołowskie Thermal Baths the inflatable water park, including due to bad weather conditions, necessary technical works, or other.

ATTACHMENT NO. 14: FITNESS CENTER AND GYM RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The gym is open every day from 8.00 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  2. The Fitness Center and gym (hereinafter: Fitness Center) remains under constant monitoring, which is aimed to improve the safety of people on its premises. Guests agree not only to the monitoring of their own stay, but also to the use of the film material collected in this way for disputes, e.g. regarding the payment of fees for the use of Fitness Center services or compliance with these rules, etc. Monitoring does not include changing rooms and toilets.
  3. Fitness classes will take place according to the previously agreed schedule, which will be available at www.chocholowskietermy.pl.
  4. The Fitness Center reserves the right, if necessary, to change the opening hours and to fully close the Fitness Club/Gym on certain days.
  5. On public holidays, the Fitness Center reserves the right not to provide rooms and services to Users.
  6. The Fitness Center may be closed for the time required to perform the necessary renovations or sanitation, as well as on the basis of decisions of the relevant authorities and due to force majeure.
  7. The Fitness Center has the right to change the person conducting classes and personal trainings.
  8. At the Fitness Center it is prohibited to: drink alcohol, smoke tobacco, bring animals, trade and canvassing, sticking and leaving advertisements, bringing drinks in glass or open vessels.
  9. The Fitness Center reserves the right to refuse to provide services to Users who act contrary to the provisions of these Regulations. In such cases, the costs of purchasing an admission ticket or subscription are not refundable.
  10. The Fitness Center is not responsible for events, damages and their consequences arising as a result of failure to comply with the rules set out in these Regulations.
  11. The Fitness Center can be used by adults with full legal capacity.
  12. The document enabling the use of the Fitness Center services is a carnet or one-off entrance ticket.
  13. Sold one-off entrance tickets and payments settled for carnets are not refundable, unless the Fitness Center is solely responsible for failure to provide the service.
  14. The Fitness Center has the right to refuse to exchange purchased services for other products or services.
  15. The carnet is not transferable and can be used only by the Fitness Center User indicated on it. Transferring to third parties is not allowed. If it is found that the carnet is transferred to an unauthorized person, the Fitness Center may stop the carnet preventing an unauthorized person from entering the premises.
  16. The carnet is issued on the day of purchase. The cost of issuing the carnet is PLN 5 and is charged as a refundable deposit. The deposit will be refunded if the carnet is returned. If the carnet is not returned or destroyed, the Fitness Center will retain the deposit in the form of compensation.
  17. The loss, destruction or damage of a carnet should be reported to the reception. A new carnet is issued after paying a fee of PLN 5.
  18. When using the services and facilities of the Fitness Center, guests are required to comply with the Regulations, instructions for using the devices and the instructions of trainers and Staff.
  19. In the case of general malaise, an injury, or other health problems the trainer/instructor should be informed before starting classes/exercises.
  20. The trainer/instructor should be consulted to determine the individual profile of classes and training. 
  21. Conducting training by people not employed by the Fitness Center or not cooperating with it is prohibited at the premises of the Fitness Center.
  22. Users who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, agents that affect blood circulation and cell metabolism of antihistamines, beta-blockers or sedatives are prohibited from using the services and devices of the Fitness Center.
  23. The Fitness Center applies the following principles in organizing group classes:
    1. classes take place according to the class schedule, which may be subject to changes, of which the Fitness Club/Gym will inform in advance,
    2. for health and safety reasons, it is not allowed to enter the room after the start of exercises and to leave before the end, except when it is justified due to injury or health problems.
    3. Users are not entitled to any claims against the Fitness Center if, at a selected date, some of the services or devices are not available due to their use by other Users,
    4. The User bears full responsibility for damage or destruction of Fitness Center devices and equipment, resulting from failure to comply with the above principles, as well as failure to comply with the recommendations of the trainer and Staff.
  24. Users of the Fitness Center are obliged to behave decently, without violating public order. It is not allowed to use vulgar or offensive language, obstructing the use of the facility to others. It is also unacceptable to offend the dignity of other guests, including vulgar and obscene behavior, as well as racist, harassing or discriminating behavior on the grounds of race, religion or gender.
  25. Persons violating the order rules in the Fitness Club/Gym will be asked to leave the facility.
  26. Each User is obliged to dress in accordance with the hygiene rules appropriate for the given room. The following are required during training: sports outfit and shoes (clean, changeable, adapted to the specific type of exercise), towel.
  27. After finishing the exercise, the used device should be put back in its place.
  28. All complaints should be submitted during exercises or immediately after their completion. In other cases, complaints will not be considered.
  29. During the stay, the Fitness Center User is obliged to store their belongings in lockers. Before leaving, the User should release the locker.
  30. Users of the Fitness Center are obliged to ensure in their own scope the indication of a doctor on whether they can perform exercises or use the services of the Fitness Center, without prejudice to their health and waives any claims in this respect.
  31. The Fitness Center and Thermal Baths shall not be liable for any damage to a person or any health consequences resulting from the individual health condition of the User. 
  32. The User is liable for any damage caused as a result of inappropriate use of the facility and equipment located on its territory or as a result of inappropriate behavior when using the equipment in the Fitness Club/Gym.
  33. The Fitness Center and Thermal Baths are not responsible for accidents of minors resulting from non-compliance with the regulations and recommendations of the Fitness Center Staff and the lack of proper supervision by legal guardians.
  34. The User is responsible for secure closing of lockers in changing rooms. Money and other valuables should not be stored in cupboards. Money and valuables (telephone, jewelry, etc.) must be deposited. The Fitness Center and Thermal Baths are not responsible for valuables and other items left outside the lockers. 

ATTACHMENT NO. 15: SPA RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The Wellness & Spa Institute (hereinafter: the Spa) is an integral part of the Swimming Pool Zone and is governed by the provisions of the general regulations and these regulations.
  2. The spa is a zone of silence and relaxation for the body, mind and spirit. It is a nudity zone and to ensure full comfort for Users, it is prohibited to bring and use any electronic equipment, including RTV equipment, MP3 receivers, cameras, tablets, laptops, notebooks and cell phones, etc. There is silence on the premises of the Institute. The Institute Staff have the right, without reimbursement of costs incurred, to ask Users whose behavior causes discomfort to other Users to leave.
  3. Use of the Spa is allowed from 16 years of age with the written consent of a fully-fledged guardian, or in their company. Independent use of the Spa is only allowed for Users over 18 years of age.
  4. Using Spa services in the Thermal Baths is possible after settling the treatment fee in accordance with the Institute’s current price list.
  5. Users using Spa services are required to read and comply with the Spa Regulations available at the reception and at the Thermal Baths Customer Service before entering.
  6. When using the Spa room, it is essential to comply with the regulations, instructions for use of the devices, instructions and information provided by the staff members of the pool area.
  7. Detailed rules for the use of individual Spa parts and devices are regulated by individual site regulations placed near individual attractions. Each person using water attractions is obliged to read the provisions of these regulations and comply with them.
  8. The Spa in the Thermal Baths is open 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The change of hours may be caused by a technological break, holidays, decision of the Facility Management or emergency situations. 
  9. Access to the Spa premises is based on the Electronic Customer Service System (ESOK) transponder, which is obtained after purchasing the service in accordance with the price list applicable in the pool area.
  10. The transponder authorizes the use of devices and zones located in the pool area facility for which it was purchased and is subject to settlement and return at the exit at the pool area ticket office.
  11. Receiving a transponder means that the User undertakes to comply with all regulations and other ordinances issued to ensure security in the facility.
  12. Full payment for the use of the equipment and for any extended duration of stay on the property must be settled when leaving the property.
  13. The duration of stay and the related fees are counted from the moment the transponder is activated at the entrance through the gate at the checkout until it is read.
  14. The facility management may temporarily limit access to the Spa due to exceeding the maximum number of Users.
  15. Users who intend to use the Spa services and the Saunarium Zone have the right to obtain information on the conditions of use from the Thermal Baths Staff.
  16. Users of Spa services should be aware of the fact that some services of this kind are extremely intimate (such as massage) and should not be surprised by this fact when using them.
  17. The Spa Staff reserve the right to stop the treatment if they find the behavior of Users inadequate to the location (e.g. sexual advances, aggression, etc.). In such a case, the full fee for the treatment is charged.
  18. Users deciding to use Spa services are aware of their health and do not conceal information about the current disease. Users who do not disclose information about their state of health do so at their own risk. Users suffering from any disease are obliged to inform the therapist or staff member of the Spa reception about this when booking the treatment or immediately before it.
  19. Users have the right, after consulting the therapist, to choose a treatment not recommended by the therapist, however, they do so at their own risk.
  20. The Spa services can be used by:
    1. people over 18 years of age,
    2. people over 16 years of age, but may use Spa services under 18 years of age only with the written consent of their legal guardian,
    3. people suffering from conditions, illnesses – provided that they inform the therapist of the situation and the therapist decides that his actions will not deteriorate the client’s health. The person performing the service decides whether the User will be able to use the service in such a situation.
    4. pregnant women – only when they make a written statement that they are aware of their state of health and decide to perform the treatment voluntarily. If the therapist decides that his action in such a situation may harm the client’s health, he has the right to refuse the treatment.
  21. The use of Spa attractions is not recommended to:
    1. people with heart disease, hypertension and blood vessel diseases,
    2. people with thyroid diseases, claustrophobia, epilepsy, acute rheumatic conditions, cancers, acute infections and asthmatic conditions,
    3. people with fever,
    4. women during menstruation or pregnancy,
  22. Users who absolutely cannot use the Spa services are:
    1. people whose condition indicates the consumption of alcohol or other intoxicants,
    2. people with open wounds and inflammation of the skin,
    3. people whose behavior constitutes a threat to other Users and staff members,
    4. people whose hygiene status deviates from generally accepted standards,
    5. sick people whose disease may endanger the health of the person performing the treatment.
  23. Users who intend to use treatments performed with the help of devices are required to read the contraindication card. The fact of becoming acquainted with the card is determined by providing personal data (to identify the User, not for marketing purposes) and placing a personal signature with the date of completing the form. Users who do not sign the treatment contraindication card will be refused the treatment.
  24. In order to complete the Consultation Card, you must appear at the Institute at least 10 minutes before the planned surgery. In case of User delay for the treatment, the time of delay will be deducted from the total time of the treatment. In case of a delay of over 15 minutes, the Spa Staff reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
  25. A previously unpaid booking of a treatment can be cancelled. Cancellation of such a reservation should be notified at least 2 hours before the planned treatment in order to enable the use of services by other Users.
  26. Treatments paid in advance and not used by the User due to his fault cannot be exchanged for another treatment. In such a situation, the Thermal Baths do not refund the payment made for this purpose.
  27. Before using the services, you should change in the dressing room and leave personal belongings in the lockers designed for this purpose. The spa provides Users with a suitable wardrobe to perform services.
  28. Before leaving the changing room to the Spa rooms, check if the cabinet has been closed. The swimming pool area management is not responsible for items, money and valuables left in open or improperly closed lockers.
  29. Treatments are performed in Spa salons, adapted to specific types of services.
  30. In order to guarantee the safety of Users and increase the effectiveness of treatments, it is necessary to:
    1. inform the therapist before the treatment about taken medications, illnesses, possible contraindications or previous use of similar services,
    2. use the swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas before treatments,
    3. avoid heavy meals at least one hour before the treatment,
    4. avoid sunbathing immediately before and after the treatment,
    5. consume a large amount of still water after the treatment.
  31. It is forbidden to bring dogs or other animals to the Spa area.
  32. In the event of loss, contamination or destruction of objects or devices that are part of the facility equipment, Users are required to repair the caused damage by paying compensation. The amount of compensation is determined each time based on estimated losses.
  33. The Staff of the Thermal Baths Spa are not obliged to take care of children left unattended in the Spa waiting room, when a full-fledged guardian uses the services of Spa or Saunarium. In a situation where minors are left unattended, Spa staff members are obliged to inform their supervisors about this fact, and in the event of prolonged absence of full-fledged guardians – call the officers of the relevant services.
  34. Wearing glasses and contact lenses is at the User’s own risk. If the User is wearing corrective glasses in the Spa rooms, these glasses must be secured in a way that prevents them from falling.
  35. There are water troughs at the Spa area, with functional descriptions and pictograms with their actual depths.
  36. Diving in all pools in the Spa is prohibited.
  37. It is forbidden to enter and exit the basins outside the places designated for this purpose (ladders, stairs).
  38. All complaints should be reported during the treatment or immediately after it. In other cases, complaints will not be considered.
  39. Users not complying with the principles set out in the above Regulations may be warned by the Staff or asked to leave the Spa.

ATTACHMENT NO. 16: SAUNARIUM RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The use of the Saunarium in Thermal Baths is only allowed for persons over 18 years of age.
  2. Entry to the Saunarium Zone is only allowed with a valid ticket/carnet to the above-mentioned zone during business hours. A ticket to the Swimming Pool Zone does not entitle to using the Saunarium.
  3. The saunarium is open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Users must exit the Saunarium Zone by passing through the exit gates to the Spa until 9.45 p.m. Leaving the Thermal Baths after 10:15 p.m. results in a charge of PLN 15.00/for each subsequent 5 minutes.
  4. To ensure full comfort for Users, it is forbidden to bring and use any electronic equipment, including RTV equipment, MP3 receivers, cameras, tablets, laptops, notebooks, cell phones, etc. The Staff has the right, without reimbursement of incurred costs, to ask Users whose behavior causes discomfort to other Users to leave.
  5. It is forbidden to bring one’s own food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, as well as bags, rucksacks, other hand luggage, suitcases and other private items to the Saunarium and changing rooms.
  6. The bar and tables near the bar are a place to eat and drink; eating and drinking drinks are not allowed in other places such as saunas, outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi.
  7. There is an absolute ban on sexual activities and behavior. Customers not complying despite the warnings of the Staff may be asked to leave the Saunarium.
  8. The general rules of sauna should be used in the Saunarium.
  9. Users of the Saunarium are required to take a bath before entering the Saunarium.
  10. After taking a thermal bath, Saunarium Users are required to rinse the body under showers before using a water barrel to cool the body.
  11. The Saunarium Zone is a non-textile zone. Users of the Saunarium are required to stay in the Saunarium without swimsuits or other clothing and take into account the possibility that this area will be used by other Users dressed incompletely or naked.
  12. Guests with an open or Saunarium Thermal Baths ticket are provided one towel in the price of the ticket. The fee for renting another towel is PLN 5.00/piece. The Staff is not responsible for the exchanged or lost towel of the customer visiting the Saunarium Zone. The borrower is responsible for the rented towel. The towel should be returned at the cash desks. A fee of PLN 40 is charged for failure to return the towel.
  13. The sauna can only be used by healthy people who do not have contraindications to staying at high temperatures. In particular, the Saunarium should not be used by:
    1. people immediately after endurance training,
    2. people who are aiming to reduce weight (e.g. before a competition),
    3. women during menstruation,
    4. people with glaucoma,
    5. people suffering from epilepsy and psychotic conditions,
    6. people suffering from acute and chronic infectious diseases and their carriers,
    7. people with acute febrile illness,
    8. people who are prone to bleeding,
    9. people suffering from chronic tuberculosis, cancer and anemia,
    10. people with cardiovascular disease,
    11. people suffering from reduced work of the adrenal cortex and hyperthyroidism and mucosal edema,
    12. people suffering from phlebitis, atherosclerosis and coronary artery disease,
    13. people in post-infarction and post-stroke conditions,
    14. people suffering from intensive skin diseases including eczema,
    15. people suffering from acute inflammation of internal organs,
    16. people with symptoms of decompression,
    17. people suffering from severe vegetative disorders of the central nervous system with serious cardiovascular disorders,
    18. people clearly indicating that they are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs,
  14. It should be remembered that diseases related to addictions such as drug addiction and alcoholism are also counted among the contraindications and exclude people suffering from them from the possibility of using the sauna area.
  15. Entering the Saunarium Zone confirms the absence of contraindications described above, as well as other known to the User.
  16. If the User has any doubts as to the lack of contraindications for using the Saunarium, he should consult a specialist in this regard before using this service.
  17. The Sauna should be entered barefoot.
  18. Seats in dry saunas can only be used after covering them (e.g. with a bath towel). This also applies to the space under the feet. The whole body touching the boards must rest on the towel.
  19. Steam saunas (wet) should be entered barefoot without a towel. When using steam (wet) saunas, before taking a seat, the bench should be rinsed with water using the hose located at the entrance. The rinsing should be repeated after ending the stay.
  20. Only Saunarium Staff are allowed to operate the Saunarium and its devices. It is forbidden to use liquids, essences, oils and other substances for steam baths brought from the outside. It is especially forbidden to leave any objects (e.g. towels, coats and bath sheets) in the immediate vicinity of the sauna heater.
  21. When staying in separate rooms of the Saunarium, the User should remember about the temperature difference and be absolutely aware of their health.
  22. In the event of feeling malaise, dizziness, shortness of breath, etc., it is imperative that you notify the Saunarium Staff and if possible, leave the Saunarium as soon as possible.
  23. The elements of the heat supply to heating devices must not be touched, as there is a risk of burns.
  24. It is not allowed to pour water or any other liquids on the sauna stoves.
  25. Moving between different levels in the sauna cabin without handrails requires extreme caution.
  26. There are emergency buttons in the sauna cabins intended for calling help in the event of an accident.
  27. Performing massages with the use of brushes is prohibited for hygiene reasons.
  28. Steam saunas, showers and swimming pools in the Saunarium should only be used nude.
  29. Dry saunas should be used in a pareo/towel in accordance with the sauna rules – sitting or lying on benches in such a way that no part of the body is in direct contact with the boards (including the feet). A pareo or towel should be used for this purpose.
  30. Sunbeds and seats can only be used after covering them (e.g. with a towel, coat or bathing sheet).
  31. The behavior of Users staying in the Saunarium area may not disturb the rest of the visitors or be burdensome for them. Running, making noise, intrusive watching of others using the Saunarium etc. is prohibited. All persons using the rooms intended for rest are obliged to maintain peace and quiet. No sexual behavior or activities are allowed in the Saunarium.
  32. Users whose sauna comfort or sense of security has been compromised as a result of the behavior described above, or for other reasons, should immediately inform the Saunarium Staff of this fact.
  33. It is forbidden to use any type of body cosmetics before entering the pools, as well as before using stools and deckchairs.
  34. The bar and the bar zone with tables can only be used with the appropriate covering for hygienic and aesthetic reasons (e.g. in a towel, pareo, robe or bathrobe).
  35. Information about any broken glass should be immediately reported to the operating Staff to avoid accidents.
  36. Persons who do not comply with the rules set out in the above Regulations may be admonished by the Staff and/or asked to leave the Saunarium without refunding the entrance fee.
  37. It is forbidden to bring cameras, telephones, video cameras and other devices that can record image into the Saunarium. Persons who do not comply with the ban may be asked by the Staff to leave without refunding the cost of the admission ticket. 

ATTACHMENT NO. 17: BIO SAUNA RULES AND REGULATIONS

ATTACHMENT NO. 18: AROMA STEAM SAUNA RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The sauna is an integral part of the Swimming Pool Zone and is governed by the provisions of the general regulations and these regulations.
  2. The regulations must be read before entering the sauna room.
  3. Using the sauna is tantamount to the fact that the User has read and accepts all the provisions of the regulations.
  4. It is absolutely necessary to comply with the regulations, instructions for using the devices, instructions and information provided by the staff members of the Thermal Baths when using the sauna rooms.
  5. The Thermal Baths management is not responsible for the health effects of using the sauna.
  6. Combinations of fragrances of essential oils are used in the sauna.  
  7. The sauna can only be used by healthy people or people whose conditions do not constitute a contraindication to the use of treatments.
  8. Use of the sauna is not recommended to:
  • people with heart disease, hypertension and blood vessel diseases,
  • people with thyroid diseases, claustrophobia, epilepsy, acute rheumatic conditions, cancers, acute infections and asthmatic conditions,
  • people with fever,

  1. The salt cave is an integral part of the Swimming Pool Zone and is governed by the provisions of the general regulations and these regulations.
  2. The regulations must be read before entering the salt cave.
  3. Using the salt cave is tantamount to the fact that the User has read and accepts all the provisions of the regulations.
  4. When using the salt cave room, the User must strictly comply with the regulations, instructions for use of the devices, commands and information provided by the Thermal Baths Staff.
  5. The facility management is not responsible for the health effects of using the salt cave.
  6. The salt cave can be used only by healthy people or people whose conditions are not a contraindication to using the treatments.
  7. Children under 16 years of age may stay in the salt cave only under the care of adults.
  8. Every person using the salt cave should consult a doctor regarding contraindications to use this form of recreation. People with unstable health conditions, in particular with:
  • claustrophobia,
  • hyperthyroidism,
  • advanced cancer,
  • acute tuberculosis,
  • other states of acute inflammation,
  • pregnant women

they should use the salt cave with extreme caution, after consulting their doctor.

  1. The salt cave room has a temperature of 25-30 °C
  2. Before entering the salt cave room, the User must:
  • take care of physiological needs
  • wash the whole body in the shower with soap and wipe it dry.
  1. There may be a minimum of two people in the salt cave.
  2. In the case of malaise, the User must leave the salt cave immediately and report it to a Staff member.
  3. Any conduct threatening the safety of the User or other salt cave Users or constituting a sanitary and hygienic threat to the facility is prohibited, in particular:
  • being in a state indicative of intoxication
  • bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages and intoxicants
  • smoking and using open fire
  • chewing gum and consuming food
  • bringing glass containers, cans, sharp tools, weapons and
  • other objects which are dangerous or obstruct communication
  • littering and polluting the cave area
  • damaging cave devices and equipment
  • making noise, disturbing Users in the cave
  • moving mobile equipment without the consent of the Staff,
  • using cave equipment not in line with its intended application,
  • touching the cave walls
  • taking salt crystals from the cave
  1. Wearing glasses and contact lenses is at the User’s own risk.
  2. It is absolutely necessary to notify the facility Staff about any accidental situations threatening the life and health of Users and incorrect operation of devices.

ATTACHMENT NO. 25: SITE INSTRUCTIONS

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE USE OF THE TRAPDOOR SLIDE

After obtaining a permit, a lifeguard or Staff member should:

  1. Enter the cabin calmly
  2. Stand back to the wall
  3. Take the proper descent position – straight with arms crossed over the chest
  4. Calmly wait for the trapdoor to launch
  5. Slide freely without stopping in the chute
  6. After the descent, the landing area must be exited immediately in the direction marked with arrows.
  7. Any observed faults should be reported to the lifeguard immediately after exiting the landing pad
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE USE OF THE SLIDE – INDOOR PADDLING POOL – WET PLAYGROUND 
  1. Calmly enter the start section,
  2. Take the proper descent position – sitting with the face in the direction of travel or on the back with legs straightened together in the direction of travel and arms placed along the body,
  3. Slide freely without stopping,
  4. For the entire duration of the descent, the area in front of the legs must be observed so that at the time of any meeting with the previous slide User, it is possible to brake to avoid a collision
  5. After the descent, the landing area must be exited immediately.
  6. Any observed defects should be reported to the lifeguard immediately after exiting the landing pad
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE USE OF THE SLIDE – INDOOR PADDLING POOL WITH WATER ATTRACTIONS

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE FINNISH SAUNA

Stage 1 – Preparation (10-15 minutes)

We start treatments in the sauna 1.5 – 2 hours after the last meal. Before entering the sauna, the body must be washed and dried thoroughly. People with “cold” feet should warm them with warm water. The sauna must be entered with a towel. While in the sauna, Users must not lubricate the body or face with any creams, as this reduces the surface of the body that expels sweat.

Stage 2 – (8-15 minutes) 

Users should start from the lowest bench, gradually moving to a higher bench, depending on how they feel.  The User should lie down on the bench or sit with the legs bent on the towel (it should not occupy too much space so as not to restrict the circulation of warm air). In order to adapt the circulatory system to proper functioning in standing position, it is advisable to sit down with the legs lowered in the last 2-3 minutes of using the sauna. Any changes in well-being that indicate intolerance to a sauna bath should be taken seriously, including discontinuation of further bathing. Liquids must not be refilled when using the sauna, this should be done only during rest.

Stage 3 – Cooling down (up to 12 minutes)

The higher the temperature in the sauna, the shorter the stay and the longer the cooling of the body. It is good to start this stage with a cold but dry bath, e.g. going out into the air (this also oxygenates the body, because the air content in the sauna decreases due to its temperature and rapid oxygen intake). After a few minutes, a cold damp bath should be taken (10-30ºC): take a shower, pour a stream of water or immerse in water. The use of soap is not recommended. Cool the body from the feet towards the heart. This stage is the greatest burden on the body.

Stage 4 – Sauna bath (10-15 minutes)

The User enters the sauna and can now take the second bench and repeat the steps described above.

Stage 5 – Additional treatments 

Exercise is contraindicated during and after the sauna session. It is recommended to relax approx. 20-30 minutes after using the sauna. It is advisable to drink mineral waters or juices in moderate amounts. Treatments such as massage, brushing, whipping with birching (15-30 minutes) can be used after using the sauna bath.

ATTACHMENT NO. 26: REGULATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS RELATING TO PROCEDURES DURING SARS-CoV-2 – EPIDEMIC SPA / MASSAGE CABINETS

The following rules result from the Guidelines of the Minister of Development and the Chief Sanitary Inspector for beauty salons providing cosmetic and aesthetic services during the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic and for massage parlors. 

  1. On the day before the planned visit, the Thermal Baths’ staff will contact the customer to confirm the visit.
  2. The customer will be informed that he cannot come to the appointment if:
  • he has symptoms indicating an infectious disease,
  • he is undergoing compulsory isolation or quarantine,
  • he lives with a person who is subject to mandatory isolation or quarantine,
  • he has had contact with a person suspected of being infected, ill or sent to isolation within the last week.
  1. The customer is obliged to wear a nose and mouth protection and protective gloves (if it is possible due to the type of treatment performed).
  2. The customer may not use a mobile phone during the performance of the service.
  3. The customer comes to the treatment without accompanying persons.
  4. Before starting the procedure, the customer is required to complete an appropriate health declaration. 
  5. In the case of people participating in training services provided in the SPA, participants should follow the following rules:
  • The training participant must wear a nose and mouth protection and protective gloves (if it is possible due to the type of training being conducted), 
  • Participants cannot use mobile phones in the office, 
  • The participant comes to the training without accompanying people, 
  • The participant is required to have protective clothing (apron, disposable gloves and mouth and nose protection)
  1. Depending on the type of treatment performed, the customer should:
  • disinfect hands and / or wear disposable gloves,
  • wear a protective measure that covers the mouth and nose or alternatively another solution fulfilling its function, if the specificity of the procedure allows it.
  • The customer should have his own protective measures. Thermal baths provide access to personal protective equipment in the form of disinfecting liquids, masks and gloves. 
  1. When entering the SPA, the customer will receive information about the maximum number of customers who can stay in the office at the same time and the adopted security measures and procedures.
  2. The customer will be obliged to read the information on the adopted protection measures and procedures and to complete an appropriate health declaration.
  3. Acceptance of customers takes place only by prior appointment using remote means. 
  4. Waiting rooms are out of use. 
  5. At the entrance to the SPA area in the reception area / cash desk, customers have access to disinfection (disinfectants).
  6. It is recommended that customers disinfect their hands and / or wear protective gloves and have mouth and nose protection if the specificity of the procedure allows it.
  7. If the customer shows clear signs of illness, such as persistent cough, malaise, difficulty breathing, the person will not be allowed to enter the SPA. The person in whom the above-mentioned signs of disease are found will be instructed to report to the nearest infectious ward as soon as possible for consultation with a doctor, by own transport or by notification of 999 or 112.

Massage Parlors

  1. When entering the salon, the customer / service recipient disinfects or washes their hands in accordance with the instructions attached to the dispensers.  
  2. The customer / recipient should use the mask in accordance with applicable regulations.
  3. The customer / recipient comes to treatments only with the necessary items, without accompanying persons.
  4. There is an obligation for customers / service users to wear masks, except when treatments are performed on the head and face.
  5. There is an absolute ban on the use of cell phones and other reusable private items in the massage parlor. 
  6. The customer is obliged to disinfect his hands before and after visiting the clinic.
  7. The customer should limit the time spent in the salon to the minimum necessary to provide the service.
  8. Remember to keep safe distances between people in the showroom – at least 2 meters between customers.
  9. It is not recommended that people accompanying patients participate in the procedures, except in justified cases (e.g. minors, disabled people) – the decision in this matter is made by the person who will perform the procedure.

ATTACHMENT NO. 27: REGULATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS RELATING TO PROCEDURE DURING THE SARS-CoV-2 EPIDEMIC – GASTRONOMY 

The following rules result from the Guidelines of the Minister of Development and the Chief Sanitary Inspector for the functioning of gastronomy during the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic. The rules apply to all catering establishments in the Thermal Baths. 

  1. There are signs on the premises of catering establishments and information on the need to keep a sufficient distance from other customers. Customers are required to adhere to the indications and maintain a distance of at least 2 meters between other people standing in the line. This rule also applies in the outdoor garden / terrace. Keeping distances does not apply to families or people living in the same household. 
  2. Each customer is obliged to disinfect hands at the entrance to the premises.
  3. In the dining hall area – at the checkout / service points (if the order is placed at the checkout) and at the exit of the restrooms, dispensers with hand disinfectant are available for guests.
  4. Blast dryers in bathrooms are turned off. It is recommended to use paper towels for wiping hands. 
  5. Tables in catering outlets are set so that the distance between the table tops is at least 2 m. Guests are not allowed to change the arrangement of the tables. 
  6. A family or people living in the same household can stay at one table. Otherwise, in order to increase safety and distance between guests, it may be necessary to reduce the number of people at the table by 20% compared to the standard seating arrangement; if possible, guests will be seated on both sides of the table so that they do not sit facing each other.  
  7. In the case of restaurants, guests will be instructed a specific available table by the service. In the case of other catering outlets, guests may occupy tables marked with a sign „this table is available”.
  8. It is not required to wear mouth and nose guards as well as gloves in the case of guests of gastronomic establishment occupying seats and during consumption.
  9. The tables are each time disinfected after the completion of service for the restaurant guests. After disinfection is completed, the table is marked with the following text: “this table is available” and available to other customers. 
  10. Orders should only be brought on trays. 
  11. Sugar, disposable cutlery, napkin holders, spices, etc. will be issued directly to customers by the waiter service. 
  12. If the customer shows clear signs of illness, such as persistent cough, malaise, or difficulty breathing, the person will not be allowed to enter the premises. A person with clear signs of the disease will be instructed to report to the nearest infectious ward as soon as possible for consultation with a doctor, by own transport or by reporting to 999 or 112.

ATTACHMENT NO. 28: REGULATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS RELATING TO PROCEDURE DURING SARS-CoV-2 EPIDEMIC – GYM / FITNESS

The following rules result from the Guidelines of the Minister of Development and the Chief Sanitary Inspector for the functioning of a gym / fitness club during the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic in Poland.

  1. The customer is obliged to read these rules before using the gym / fitness club and exercise equipment.
  2. At the entrance to the gym and fitness club, there will be information about the maximum number of participants.
  3. People from high-risk groups (people over the age of 60 or suffering from chronic diseases, including obesity) should consider the decision to pursue exercising until the end of epidemic threat.
  4. On the premises, there is information (pictograms / rules) on the compliance with specific sanitary safety guidelines in a given facility. This information was also posted on the website of the facility.
  5. It is recommended to maintain a distance of at least 2 m between customers and employees of the gym / fitness club. 
  6. When choosing exercise equipment, customers are advised to bear in mind the principle of keeping the required distance. 
  7. Arrangement of equipment in the gym – every second machine located in the gym should be used. 
  8. A limited number of indoor customers is allowed (1 person per 10 m2) in the gym / fitness club.
  9. There are disinfectant dispensers in the entrance / reception area and at the exit of the restrooms and at the entrance to the gym and fitness room. It is recommended to use the disinfectant before and after exercising. 
  10. Each device used by the customer should be disinfected after completion of the exercise. The activity is performed by the customer on the basis of visible information / instructions using the provided disinfectant; if possible, it is recommended that customers use their own aids such as mats.
  11. There can be 1 person at the reception desk.
  12. Customers who grossly violate the security rules are subject to a warning by the staff and, as a last resort, may be asked to leave the facility with immediate effect.
  13. If the customer shows clear signs of illness, such as persistent cough, malaise, breathing difficulties, the person will not be allowed to enter the gym or fitness room. A person with clear signs of the disease will be instructed to report to the nearest infectious ward as soon as possible for consultation with a doctor, by own transport or by reporting to 999 or 112.

ATTACHMENT NO. 29: REGULATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS RELATING TO PROCEDURES DURING SARS-CoV-2 EPIDEMIC – AMUSEMENT PARK – WATER PARK

The following rules result from the Guidelines of the Minister of Development and the Chief Sanitary Inspector for the operation of amusement parks and swimming pool facilities during the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic in Poland

  1. There are signs on the site regarding the observance of safety rules in connection with SARS-CoV-2, as well as regular voice announcements. Customers have an absolute obligation to comply with the applicable rules. People breaking the rules and not following the instructions of the staff will be asked to leave the facility. 
  2. On the premises there are clear instructions on the disinfection of hands at each dispenser with disinfectant liquid. In addition, in all restrooms / sanitary facilities there are information posters with instructions on washing hands, removing/putting on gloves, removing/putting on masks.
  3. At the entrance to the facility, as well as in restrooms and entrances to catering facilities, there are contactless dispensers with disinfectant liquid. Customers are required to disinfect their hands in accordance with the instructions provided. 
  4. People waiting in lines at the checkout are required to keep 2m away from other customers.
  5. There may be one person or a family / people living in one household directly in front of the cash register.
  6. It is recommended to use cashless payments in all service points, ticket offices and shops in the park.
  7. People with symptoms of any acute infection, especially of the respiratory tract, are strictly prohibited from entering the facility and using its infrastructure.  
  8. There is obligatory and careful bathing and washing of the whole body under the shower before entering the swimming pool hall. Customers must respect the strict separation of the shoe and barefoot area and remember that the passage to the swimming pool hall through the paddling pool is obligatory. Failure to follow the recommendations related to bathing and changing shoes will result in refusal to enter the swimming pool area and may result in being asked to leave the facility. 
  9. We recommend that customers follow the principle of distance from other customers in all areas of the park (applies to the shower area, restrooms, recreation basins, outdoor terraces and others). 
  10. It is recommended to wash hands regularly, frequently and thoroughly with soap and water according to the instructions posted at the sinks. 
  11. In order to evenly distribute customers on the premises, the staff has the right to ask guests to leave a given zone / basin in the event of excessive density. 
  12. There is mandatory mouth and nose protection in users before entering the pool hall – mouth and nose protection should be removed and left with clothes in the changing room. When dressing after using the park’s services, it is necessary to reapply mouth and nose protection in the changing room.
  13. Regulations of Saunarium:
  • it is recommended that the number of people using the sauna at the same time should not exceed 50% of the maximum occupancy. Customers must remember the recommended distance of 2 meters from other customers;
  • it is not necessary to wear a mask in the sauna.
